Who are we & The story behind it?

Our history

Kronemedia was founded by Oktay C. Atici, who with more than 7 years of experience in customer service has worked his way up through all layers. From the front line to becoming the customer service manager for an international e-commerce company.

In his role as manager, Oktay was responsible for results and key figures, but also for recruiting, training and developing employees. The task was to optimize workflows, implement new systems and ensure high customer satisfaction.

During this period, the codes were cracked and countless hours were spent developing and improving all aspects of customer service. The intense process of optimizing workflows and creating concrete results led to a realization: this knowledge and experience should benefit more people.

This realization was the starting point for Kronemedia, which today delivers complete customer service solutions to e-commerce brands and SaaS companies.

Who are we?

Today, Kronemedia consists of a dedicated team of Danish employees. In addition, we have an international team of permanent employees who work from home, and together we cover a wide range of languages – including German, French, Swedish, Dutch, Turkish and English.

For us, community is incredibly important. We strongly believe that happy employees create happy customers.
