We’re Looking for a Finnish-Speaking B2B Automotive Sales Freelancer (Remote)

Hi 👋

We’re currently looking for a freelancer/employee to take ownership of the Finnish market and help us grow our presence within B2B automotive sales.

We collaborate with a European B2B automotive platform, where car dealers buy and sell vehicles through auctions and wholesale listings. Our customers are professional car dealers across Europe.

🔹 The role

You’ll be responsible for our Finnish dealer base, including:

Maintaining relationships with existing Finnish dealers who already work with us

Reaching out to new potential car dealers to introduce our platform

Holding sales-focused conversations and building long-term relationships

This role is very outreach- and relationship-driven, with a strong focus on calls, conversations, and trust-building.

🔹 We’re looking for someone who:

Has a basic to good understanding of cars and the automotive industry

Can work from home and have a PC, stable Wi-Fi, and a telemarketing headset

Is comfortable with telemarketing, outbound calling, and B2B sales conversations

Enjoys conversations and relationship-based sales

Is confident communicating with professional car dealers and not afraid to do sales.

Speaks Finnish fluently (English required)

You’ll act as the main point of contact for Finnish dealers and represent both the platform and our customers professionally.

🌍 About us

We’re an international team speaking Danish, English, French, Dutch, and German. At the moment, Finnish language coverage is missing — which is why this role is important to us.

⏱️ Practical details

Part-time: 4 hours per day (Monday–Friday)

Flexible working hours

Hourly pay, with potential commission in the future

Remote role

We’re looking for someone who can start as soon as possible (ideally next week or the week after), as we currently don’t have a Finnish-speaking resource.
