Freelance B2B Lead Generation Specialist (Remote)


We are looking for ambitious and results-driven freelancers to join our growing lead generation team.

You will be working on international B2B campaigns on behalf of one of the world’s leading PC manufacturers, focusing on identifying and qualifying potential customers through structured outreach.

The role

Your main responsibility is to engage with B2B companies, ask the right questions, and identify potential customers with real business needs.

You will be contacting companies provided by us and speaking directly with relevant decision-makers.

This is not about hard selling – it’s about understanding, qualifying, and delivering high-quality leads.

What you’ll be doing

  • Contact B2B companies via phone (leads provided)

  • Speak with relevant or responsible decision-makers

  • Ask structured questions about their current laptop/PC setup

  • Identify potential interest and upcoming needs

  • Submit qualified leads based on clear criteria

What we offer

  • Freelance, performance-based setup

  • €25–€35 per qualified lead (depending on project)

  • No cap on earnings – performance drives income

Who we’re looking for

  • Experience in sales, telemarketing, or B2B outreach is a plus

  • Strong communication skills and a professional tone

  • Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with decision-makers

  • Able to follow a structured approach while keeping conversations natural

  • Self-driven and focused on results
